With three full-time landscape designers and a registered landscape architect on staff, our collective experience enables us to handle anything you can think of, including classic, modern, formal and natural landscape design styles, sustainable permaculture projects, beautiful hardscapes and more. By listening intently to your vision and translating it into what we know to be possible, we’re able to put into a motion a transformation you’ll love.
All of Terren’s landscape designs include visual representations of your future landscape in both digital and hard-copy formats, with detailed plant lists, photographic examples and textual explanations accompanying each. Unlike other landscape designers, we also go above and beyond the standard plans into the realm of engineered site surveys; soil, light and moisture assessments; collaborations with interior designers, homebuilders and subcontractors; obtaining permits from your local municipality; sourcing the best plant material for your project; following up with maintenance suggestions and (when necessary), arranging replacements for plants that didn’t make it!

Consult
After a brief discussion of your project via a pre-meeting phone call, text or email, we’ll meet in-person at your property to take photos, learn more about your goals and survey the landscape before getting to work.

Design Proposal
Once we have a solid handle on your expectations for the space, we’ll create a Design Service Proposal detailing what is to be planned out and drawn, along with any additional details or prerequisites unique to your project.

Design Presentation
The big unveiling! This is where you’re presented with completed designs for your property in 2D, 3D, Digital/Print and/or “Lumion” formats. Our award-winning team works tirelessly to create unique, sophisticated plans outlining how best to transform your landscape into what you’ve always dreamed it to be.

Build Proposal
Of course, any design is just an idea until it’s built. At Terren, we make the transition from design to installation as easy as possible, without the hassle of working with multiple contractors or handling the permit and survey process on your own.

Our incredible team of uniformed, insured, and trained build professionals show up on time and work every hour they can, getting the build done faster and better than you ever thought was possible.
